Location was perfect, a short walk from Centraal Station (approx. 10 minutes), and although we arrived mid morning we were allowed to check into our room, so a nice start. Our room (201) was larger than expected (having visited Amsterdam before I was expecting a much smaller space), with a really comfortable bed, so everything you need really. The bathroom area is a beautifully furnished wet room, if a little on the small side, but this isn’t a negative and allows more space elsewhere. Loads of shops, bars, restaurants nearby and it’s a great location from which to explore the city. You can also get free coffee (it’s very nice!) and pastries in the basement, which is a lovely touch, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay - thanks.
Nice small hotel, it is very quiet and clean, rooms loon lile they have been modernised recently, the checkin was fast, and staff very friendly, the breakfast is coffee and crosaint, so I would not call it breakfast
Excellent service very friendly and clean. Excellent location. Rooms very cosy .I never seen such a tiny lift. We enjoyed our stay nice kitchen downstairs for croissant and coffee. Reception lady very helpful and friendly
Pros Fabulous hotel Fabulous staff Perfect location for centre Cons Tiniest lift I've ever seen Small en suite with slightly frosted glass so can see into (& out of) bathroom No tea making facilities in the room (but fresh complimentary pastries in the morning nice touch ) Would definitely stay again Choose your time to stay in Amsterdam as prices do inflate everywhere without exception it seems.....
