Pacific Grove, Californië

Are there any other resorts you recommend anywhere in the world that compare to your resort?

I wouldn't call Two Bunch a Resort per se..........Actually a restful desert getaway. It's self contained and nothing to do outside of it's little oasis.

We southern Californians are lucky to have so many quick getaway spots.

When you say "your resort", I'm assuming you mean "Two Bunch"? If so, you must understand that the world is FULL of upscale and unique properties. Two Bunch is VERY good, but certainly there are better resorts out there. No offense intended to Two Bunch - Look at my review on Imanta, for example. Granted, Two Bunch is in the $300 range, while Imanta is 2-3 times that, but, also look at my Terrenea (also much more expensive than Two Bunch) review. I'd stay at wo Bunch before I'd stay at Terrenea. You can spend 10,000.00 a night at hotels, so, yes, there IS nicer than Two Bunch out there (just not sure there's MUCH nicer out there for he same money).

Ten Thousand Waves outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico is a well known and highly respected spa. It sits in the mountains above the town, surrounded by pine trees. Decorated in a peaceful Japanese theme they have a limited number of high quality overnight accommodations. Their spa is world class, extremely clean and they employ over 100 massage therapists. Only experienced therapists can find employment there. They also have an onsite Japanese themed restaurant and gift shop with a great selection of spa related items. Pricey but well worth it.

Angsana in the Maldives and Eco Paraiso in Celestun, Mexico remind me of Two Bunch Palms. Eco Paraiso has a new name now, don't know what it is. These resorts are nice, small and private like TBP.
