Es hat alles geklappt und war völlig unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder. Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und die Nutzung klappte super.

My son had a day off from school so I took the day off from work and got us tickets to the Intrepid so he wasn't home all day staring at a screen. I never take the ferry across the river because the train or the tunnel (if driving) are much more convenient and cheaper. The downtown stop is a better stop closer to the action but the midtown stop is only good if you are going to Javitz or the Intrepid.
The cost is too much, the journey is on a less frequent schedule than the train and the parking at Port Imperial is also too much.
So yeah, if this is your first time or if you are a local showing someone the city, this is a nice journey. If you want in and out quickly, take a train.

Unfreundliches Personal, dass genervt ist Auskunft zugeben und unwillig ist zu helfen!
Außerdem völlig überteuert für die kurze Strecke und Boote völlig verdreckt (inkl. Scheiben), sodass man nicht einmal gescheite Fotos machen kann von der Skyline.

I spend $400 for my monthly ticket to go to work and always running late and on holidays they don't have the deceased to let us know or to put any sign stating is the new schedule for Christmas in Port Imperial Weehawken ferry ONE HOUR LATE. And the girls in the boost selling tickets NASTY and the security nasty they told us not their problem if ferry is running late and they start laughing @ disgusting service

숙소에서 선착장이 가깝다면 꼭 가보세요. 뉴저지에서 뉴욕 갈 때 정체 없이 직방으로 갈 수 있어요. 물론 버스보다 좀 더 비싸긴 하지만 뉴욕 쪽 선착장에서 무료 셔틀 타고 맨해튼 목적지로 갈 수 있어요.

Ferry service and the people that work on board are fabulous. Unfortunately the dispatch and drivers at Pier 79 leave lots to be desired.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Weehawken,NJ and there was a ferry port right in front of our hotel, so that was super convenient. The boat schedule was clearly posted and it was on time. Only issue was it is expensive. It cost us almost 40 dollars to get to NYC and back to NJ. Other wise, very easy way to get into the city without all the hassle. Probably won’t use it again, but it was a neat experience.

We took the NY ferry a few times while visiting the city and enjoyed it. The views from the water of the cityscape are incredible. We took ferry rides during the week and there were no lines and the ferries were on time.

This is a review for the Midtown Terminal but I think it probably applies to all the NY Waterways. It is great for the occasional commute; the service is quick and convenient. For anyone who has to commute on a regular basis, it is way too expensive. There are free buses for those who are going/leaving to a Broadway show which is very convenient. No parking in the area and very busy street (be careful and watch out for the cyclists). The trip to NJ is over in a blink of any eye once on the ferry so if you are in a hurry...

I purchase my tickets at Paulus Hook on a Sunday Morning. The first boat is to arrive in 5 minutes and I was told by the woman behind the counter that it would be at Slip 5. Waiting at Slip 5, the boat pulls up to Slip 7, which has a huge barricade in front of it ( as do all of them except slip 5). The boatman removes the barricade, starts to take tickets, and as I take one step onto the platform realize that it is completely covered in a tar-like wet paint. I tell the guy, "Hey, look what's happening!" The hoard of people getting on the boat is now tracking this thick sticky paint everywhere. It is now stuck on my work shoes and is not coming off. They are a horrible company to use because they are rude to the customers, never on schedule, and the boats frankly suck. If it not for the PATH not running to the WTC on the weekend, they would have ZERO business.

Im going to a few stores which i believe are in or close to the village. (Supreme, Bape are 2 of them). If we take the ferry from Weehawken how do I figure out which ferry to take. I dont see a ferry to "the village"....

I know when I arrive at the 39th St terminal they have buses to 44th/57th, Mid Town and the financial area. Therefore, I don't think it matters much, but there is also a very terminal in the World Financial area, which is closer for your final destination.

Wir möchten gerne von Manhattan BMB nach Bayonne zum Kreuzfahrtterminal.
Besteht die Möglichkeit bei Port Liberte ein Taxi bis zum Kreuzfahrthafen zu nehmen?
Stehen dort Taxen?
We want to go from BMB to port Liberte and then with a taxi to cruise terminal Bayonne. Is this possible?
