Poor service, mediocre food.... credit card fee when using cash to pay....Wings were offered as fried or grilled. We chose fried. Obviously they were baked ...maybe air-fried. Not crisp. Waitress was absent most of our visit and the place was not full. Then came the bill with a credit card fee even though I paid cash. Ambiance 7/10. Waitress 2/10. Food 4/10.

We went for the all you can eat crab legs. We were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and crab legs. First round of crab legs on the table (two clusters per plate). We reordered and it took 15 minutes to get the reorder (1 cluster per plate). Reordered again this time 30 minutes later another cluster arrived. Managers rule 1 cluster per reorder. We ask for drawn butter, the server bought it to the table and it would get hard before the next order of one cluster crab legs would make it to the table. The service was slow, the server had a bad attitude and I would never recommend this place to eat. To add insult to injury they had the nerve to charge money for the hard butter they bought to the table. All the tables around us complained to the manager about the slow service but it never got better. We arrived 5:15pm and walked out at 8:09 pm and had 5 clusters of crab legs. This is NOT all you can eat it all they want you to have. This place SUCKS

All you can eat crab legs. Not. We were there for 3 hours to be served 5 clusters about 35-40 minutes apart. The butter was cold and congealed. Crab legs were hardly warm. Couldn’t get refills. Food sat on the serving bar and got cold. Beer sat and got warm before it was served. These folks even charged for the butter that went with the crabs. Worst dining experience ever. The waitress was hardly concerned about doing her job.

Ordered food to go at happy hour. One meal (gyro) was missing the side salad. My niocoise salad was good but was missing the artichoke. Very disappointed when I got home with order. Especially for the price.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. Relax has gone down hill. Most of their food is fried, frozen food. We got “authentic” spanakopita and being that the owners are Greek, I expected them not to be frozen out of a box. We also got the pretzels with mustard and beer cheese. The pretzels came out of a frozen box, the mustard was just jarred mustard and the “beer” cheese was literally orange nacho cheese. My “honey hot” wings were Texas Pete and a drizzle of honey with barely any sauce. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

We ordered takeout and 2 out of 4 items were made incorrectly. We called to reorder and drove back in. The flatbread was incorrectly made again. The owner brought the third flatbread out to the car where he proceeded to verbally attack. Apparently flatbread pizza was not an option even though the lady taking our order offered it to us as an option. We called when we got back home to clear up the confusion and to let them know that there was a hair on top of the pizza. The lady said that the owner was no longer there and hung up on us. To top this off, there were several people at the bar and tables drinking alcoholic beverages and the employees (including the owner) were not wearing masks. This is a violation to our governor's orders in PA. We highly do not recommend and eill never return to this restaurant.

The atmosphere and decor here is cool - but the service is fair to poor. It had been
50/50 in terms of service because we have gone a few times. Sometimes it was ok, sometimes bad. It has never been stellar. The last time we went we literally entered, were seated, waited, tried to get someone to at least serve drinks, were ignored and finally left. The food is ok but certainly not worth the wait. We go out multiple times a week but will never return here.

Visited this restaurant on 5/7/18 with 3 of my co-workers. This place was recommended by our colleagues in Chambersburg. We pulled up and noticed a fairly large amount of vehicles in the lot. Kind of surprising for a Monday night. Yet once we walked in we saw why. They had a live band playing fairly decent music. Beer was fantastic, vibe was great & the service was excellent. They were so busy that the manager actually took our orders etc. That was a nice touch! We all ordered the crab cake dinners. They came broiled with your usual sides. Crab was plentiful & sweet. Prices were kind of high, but not outrageous. I'll be stopping here again when I visit the factory next time!

If you're in the mood for some great wings and atmosphere and your in Chambersburg PA go to Relax Lounge on the east end of Orchards restaurant. Every night there is a different special to eat at a great price. Great food and beer with atmosphere.
