So much fun to be had. Our group of adults and 8 year olds had a great time on the classic rafting trip. There was rafting through rapids, getting stuck, getting unstuck, rock jumping and swimming in the rapids - all in an hour or so. A highlight of our trip, so much fun. Also our guide Yann was particularly great with the kids making them laugh the whole time!

Imagine a large washing machine full of boulders where every now and then one catches you in the plums...well that's hydrospeeding.
A great way to experience the power of the river, excellent guiding from Mathieu and much fun. The bruises will fade, but the memories won't....

Great white water rafting trip. The team at Frogs looked after us , kitted us out in all the gear, which was clean and fresh. Rafting was great fun - jumping in off rocks, swimming / floating down the river and of course the rapids.

For clarity - I didn't do the rafting! But my son and his friend did and they had a great time. What impressed me was the chatty staff and the efforts they went to for safety for those taking part. Really friendly and enough of a thrill for older teenagers who can be difficult to impress.

From start to finish the Frog Rafting team provided an excellent morning's entertainment and physical exertion. From start to finish, it was clear that you have a very well run programme supported by people who are passionate about what they do. Jeremy was particularly thorough and clear with his H&S talk before the rafting began and we soon found how invaluable this was after losing one of our crew overboard in the first couple of minutes!
Thank you again for a great day that pushed us out of our comfort zone without ever feeling we were out of control. Thank you too to Rebecca for the warm welcome when we arrived and taking the photos that allow us to share our experience with friends and family. We have recommended you to all our friends in Morzine.

Excellent couple of days with the FROGS team rafting and canyoning. Our two teenage boys (13 and 15) were thoroughly entertained.
We rafted first with the pre-arrival emails / communication friendly and efficient from Karen and Nat. Coming from England and not speaking French all comms were in English.
Matthew was our guide down the river. We started at the Frog’s office. On the river, he gently built up the nervous energy and tension, but was always in control and safe (as a Scout Leader you get a feel of your instructors/guide’s competency). My youngest son had a massive grin the whole time and enjoyed the big jumps off rocks into the river. (Surly) older teen-year-old even cracked a smile Total scary cat mum enjoyed the thrills, and even jumped off one rock, and said the rafting was great fun.
A couple of days later we met Jeremy in the car park of the Nyon cable car for our canyoning adventure. Again very safe and secure with our guide who made sure we understood each stage, where to move and how to jump, slide or abseil down through the canyon. The canyoning was a step up from the white water rafting in adrenaline rush and the thrill levels of the experience. Having good kit and a knowledge guide made it all feel very easy. Our boys were at the head of pack rearing to have a go to jump or slide.
Again a lovely experience. Thanks again to the Frogs team, one we would highly recommend in the region.

Amazing morning on the river. Matt was a great guide, funny and knowledgeable. Nat was great at communicating via email to arrange the day. We had wanted to do a different activity but lack of rain made this impossible so Nat suggested an alternative and it was really fun. Highly recommend.

We went as a group all lads from the UK. The instructors spent the entire time complaining and swearing about us in French not knowing we could understand them. Very disappointed, would recommend you go with another company.

Hello, I'm sorry for my late response, and even more sorry for your terrible experience. Being from the UK, fluent in French and working nearly every day with all the guides, I've never experienced any animosity - obviously it wouldn't be tolerated if I had. I'll be looking into this to resolve it. My apologies.

Amazing 8-80 year old family rafting trip. Seb did a truly excellent job of ensuring an amazing exciting time was had by all.
