I'm obsessed with a certain scent at Basin. The cast members/employees never seem knowledgeable enough and always seem on the verge of losing their minds. My first time in last year looking for this scent I was told there was nothing else. This time this year I was told there was one other item. My second visit this trip I found one additional item. After I checked out I found one more. I'm still waiting to receive items I had shipped (I was told they'd arrive Tues and it's not Thurs night).

Fiquei encantada com a loja, tanto que a visitei 2 vzs durante meu passeio a Disney Springs. É uma loja linda, relativamente grande, cheia de sabonetes, bath bombs e até mesmo uma versão em suflê. A loja é muito cheirosa e dá pra fazer combinações de bath bombs em tubinhos (as menores) e também há de vários tamanhos. Comprei algumas para utilizar nas banheiras do Pop Century e do Rosen Inn e tive gratas surpresas, aromas diferenciados e deliciosos, com a água quente foram uma excelente aromaterapia. Comprei também um sabonete em barra com as orelhinhas do mickey e um maravilhoso suflê de sabonete, com um chifre de unicórnio no meio e bem colorido. Utilizo ele com o auxilio de um palito de sorvete presente na loja, tem cheiro de açúcar, suave e não enjoativo, uma grata surpresa. Na loja também há uma "ilha" com esse suflê, de vários aromas, onde podemos lavar as mãos e testá-los, é ótimo! A atendente me alertou para não levá-lo na mala de mão no avião que poderia ser confiscado por não ser considerado algo totalmente sólido, então fica a dica. Comprei um balm de pêssego, bem suave, a embalagem poderia ser maior, mas ok. E as bath bombs da Disney que possuem os personagens marcados nelas (como a turma do Mickey e a turma de Frozen) são cerca de 1 ou 2 dólares mais caras que as normais. Vale muito a visita à Basin, é uma loja maravilhosa com ótimas opções de mimos e presentes!

Manager Chloe Fishbourgh was rude and unprofessional. I would not shop this location . She also posts about customers on line

How rare it is when we can encounter customer service that exceeds expectations - but that is exactly what took place during our Saturday evening visit to the Basin store at Disney Springs.
My wife loves the bath bombs there and we have two homes, and she buys hundreds at a time but given the recent changes to so many things of late we were a bit hesitant coming into the store. Heidi cheerfully greeted us at the door and turned us over to Lynn and we told her of our need to buy a few hundred of a specific bath bomb that my wife uses. She told us the best way to save money and we ordered 350+ and asked if they could all be individually wrapped (yes, all 350+) and she smiled and said "Of course." Wow.
Your team is attentive and so professional that it is an absolute joy to go there and since we have purchased more than 1,000 bath bombs over the years, I can assure you we look forward to coming back. Please pass our best along to the team there, especially to Lynn for all her hard work on our behalf. She made our trip so special.

The open doors wafted an amazing smell out into Disney Springs and we followed our noses to the door! Basin's customer service was top-notch from entry to checkout and their samples and products were amazing. Our group spent some time with the sugar scrub sample station and we raved so much amongst ourselves that other patrons decided to give it a try too! :) We took a flyer for the website but hope to make a stop in again soon.

I made a point of coming here because I like "solid" shampoo and this is one of the places that sell them. The cases that hold the "solid" shampoo had very few selections of the product with was disappointing. I would say over half of the ones I like were not there......Oh well.....did pick up some shampoos, so hopefully the next time I get there, they will be fully stocked. When I brought it up to the nice cashier, she did acknowledge that they were low on the variety of stock. Of course I don't blame the workers as it is not their fault the brand hasn't keep up on supplying the store.

Used to love this place. Recent trip purchased items and spent over $200. Unfortunately items had hair in them and contacted their customer service. Also beware the reviews on their website are only ones they approve of if you leave negative feedback they don’t publish the review. I’ll definitely be shopping elsewhere now after this experience. So if you decide to shop here inspect your items before purchasing.

First time in Orlando as I was in town for a work trip and decided to hit up Downtown Disney. I was pleasantly surprised to see Basin as they had bath bombs and since the hotel I was staying at had a bathtub, why not right? After doing a small test run of a few bath bombs and thoroughly enjoying my soaking experience, I decided to come back and get bath bombs for my coworkers.
Why bath bombs? Honestly I have no idea. I guess the novelty of it being from Downtown Disney was good enough to get them. Also helped that they had some specials for 3 for $11.99 or something and I needed about like 50 or so. And so my journey began to buy a ton of bath bombs for my coworkers. Big shout out to Lynn and Amber for helping me pick out the bath bombs and for giving me advice on what to get. Lynn was very helpful and patient with me as both her and Amber really went above and beyond and showed amazing customer service.
Overall, if you need a good bath bomb, Basin is a great place to stop by since they have literally a ton of different kinds of bath bombs. Do I know all of the slight differences between them? No, but all I know is you drop one of them in a bath tub and you soak in it like you are a stew.
5/5 would come back agian.
