Absolutely 1000% recommend!
Excellent customer service from Erick and team from the 1st day I what’s APP’d. I was able to set up reliable transportation to and from my resort. Our flight was delayed several hours and this was not a problem.
The vans were clean, air conditioned and spacious, and the drivers THE NICEST PEOPLE.
I will recommend your service to our family and friends. Pura Vida and we will be back.

First time to CR with my mom, I wanted her to have an easy time and not worry about transportation. Booking was very easy, very reasonable prices and Erick is very responsive to any questions.
Gerardo was our driver for 3 very long trips, he was always kind, professional and made us feel safe. On our first day, many roads were closed due to the weather which turned our 4 hour trip into 8 hours.Gerardo handled it great, he was patient and made sure we had what we needed. He was so kind and answered our million questions about CR.
He also made stops along the way so we could get what we needed, eat great food, etc. and made great recommendations for tours and helped us figure out which prices were fair and worth it.
The vans are clean and very comfortable.
I would 100% recommend this company and will use it again when I am back in CR.

Super transport d’un point à l’autre du Costa Rica. Erik était incroyable et parle anglais. Nous avons fait des arrêts dans des petits commerces locaux qui était magnifique! Roy et Alba par la suite étaient parfait et rapide et efficace. Je recommande grandement!

We used this service to go from SJO to La Fortuna, from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio, and Manuel Antonio to SJO. The drivers are SO friendly and genuinely want to inform you about Costa Rica. On the way to La Fortuna from the airport, our driver, Edgar, brought us to the one and only Starbucks located on a coffee farm. We were able to get some incredible coffee and see beautiful views. He also stopped for us to see La Paz waterfall. Further, the staff with this company is so incredibly responsive. Every time I email them with questions, they respond within an hour or so. They are so helpful and do everything they can to accommodate your schedule. So grateful for this much cheaper alternative to traveling through Costa Rica. This is definitely the best transportation company I’ve ever dealt with. So thankful!!

We used this company for three private transfers. The website was so easy to use, confirmation and arrangements were easily confirmed and updated. We had a few unanticipated things happen, like changing hotels and early airport arrivals. Transportation in Costa Rica made it easy for us to make updates to our transports. Everyone we spoke with via phone, email and WhatsApp were quick and friendly with responses. We had this company take us from Liberia airport to Hacienda Pinilla (1.5 hours), from Fortuna to Manuel Antonio (almost 5 hours) and Manuel Anotion to SJO airport (2 hours). The middle drive was a long and difficult drive for the driver (we enjoyed the views and took a nap). He handled it with care, offering stops, and pointing out great sites. All of our vans were nice, well air-conditioned and a very smooth ride, thanks to each of the drivers. Each transport was exactly on time, I didn’t have to worry if they would be there, or run behind. Already recommended this company to others that I know visiting in a few months. We are also thinking about a return trip and will for sure use this company for all transport. We worked with two other transport companies while in-country and we will only use this one going forward. Loved all the staff and drivers. Thank you so much!

We were a family of 6 adults and wanted to avoid driving, which can be challenging in Costa Rica. We contacted "Costa Rica Trip Guide" and booked 5 different drives (of private shuttles) with them, including a shuttle for a whole day. In all 5 cases the driver arrived on time, was polite and attentive to our wishes and even adjusted the route if necessary. Communication with Eric and the company was easy (via WhatsApp) and it was possible to change the times and order another drive while on the trip.
The vehicles were spacious, clean and with air conditioning and overall we had an excellent experience

Costa Rica Trip Guide helped us with multiple private transfers during our Costa Rica vacation. My husband and I flew into San Jose, traveled to Arenal, Playa Conchal, Monteverde, and back to San Jose. Erick and his team of trusted drivers provided a phenomenal experience each move of the trip. Their knowledge of the landscapes, animals, roads, restaurants, and stops made our travels enjoyable and fun and we learned so much from them along the way. They provide exceptional customer service, are reliable, and have deep knowledge of the country. We look forward to visiting and seeing them again and have already shared their names with multiple friends and family. Highly recommend them and their services!!

I have made several trips to Costa Rica over the past three years and have used this transportation service each time. I have been very fortunate to have met the owner and his son. They provide excellent reliable service to and from the San Jose airport. They treated me like family and went out of thieir way to make my rides comfortable each time . I highly recommend this company. You will be in good hands!

Erick and his team are incredible! We have used them on 3 trips to CR and couldn’t ask for better service. The team is friendly, courteous and professional. From arrival at San Jose Airport to departure returning home Erick and his team took great care of us. It is comforting to be so well taken care of. No worries about getting around in a foreign country with Erick taking care of us. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would. Thanks for a job well done!
