si queres conocer la ciudad, tener rumba, ademas de hacerlo por tu cuenta es muy recomendable estos tures son buenisimos y no caros pelea el precio siempre te rebajan unos 5000 pesos

I went here in the closed season, so the hotel was shut down when I came, (I would not stay here. It is not to my taste at all, rather tacky, you would have to be a horse fanatic) however they will still arrange rides for people, which include lunch. I found them on Trip Advisor and sent an email enquiry, which they took two days to answer. It said that the ride included lunch, a tour of the ranch and transport to and from my hotel. It didn't. I emailed to book, but had not heard back by the time I wanted to ride, so got my hotel receptionist to ring them. They asked for 150,000 pesos, for a three hour ride, (The price quoted in the email with the included items) but I had to get a taxi there, which also cost 150,000 pesos for a return trip, so I ended up paying double for transport, ride and lunch. No one spoke English when I got there and most of my time was spent in confusion, it took half an hour to saddle two horses, so the three hour ride I was quoted for in fact was nearer two hours, with the tacking up at the beginning and the lunch at the end.
On the positive side the horses were well looked after, nothing like the poor bag of bones you see pulling people around the city and even the dogs running around were in good condition. The ride was a welcome break from the city, through a part of Cartagena I had not seen yet, although I'm not sure I was in Cartagena still, because I had to go through some sort of Police check point to get there. We rode though shaded leafy forest and country lanes, with plenty of butterflies, birds, animals and flowers to see. My guide pointed out a couple of breathtaking views where we could see right across the whole of Cartagena.The paths were all quite rocky, so the pace was slow with the occasional fast trot that these horses do so well. The ride was long enough in the heat and my guide bought me a little bag of water on the way back, which was nice of him. I did give him a tip at the end, but I was definitely over charged for this whole experience.

Hola, We have a group of four people. Do you know if you have room enough for all of us between the dates of December 16-20 just for a horseback tour. Also, do you arrange travel from our hotel? Muchas Gracias!
