There were 4 of us due to go on safari in July 2020 and we had paid $13 440 deposit, we paid our first deposit no problem at all and were given a time frame when our next payments were due, we were asked to pay our 2nd installment earlier than the due date and did so in good faith, that was our first mistake. COVID hit and we were unable to go we were told that we would get a full refund we are now in September 2022, and we are still trying to get the outstanding balance of $4271 of our hard-earned money back.
After being given the run around and endless excuses by Patricia we were assured that we would get our money back paid in installments on a monthly basis and it would be finalized by the end of August 2022 that was mistake number 2. After countless emails and phone calls chasing Patricia for our money, we now have radio silence, she will not answer our calls or emails. I have tried ringing both Travel for Change Africia and Patricia to no avail.
It has been over 2 years and we just want our money back.
I would definitely not recommend this company.
