We spontaneously stopped into Zeffers on a rainy day. We had a tasting paddle of various ciders which were all very delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive. This spontaneous trip turned out to be a enlightening learning experience and would recommend to those visiting the area!

Delicious cider, a lovely day in the sun and great service!
The food here is a little unconventional, you buy various items like cheese, crackers, potato chips and diy your own platter - but that adds to the charm.
We had a tasting and tried all of the ciders. It was incredibly busy and there was only one staff member on but she did a wonderful job!

Great cider - generous tasting paddle at a great price but the welcome was less than warm, we were the only people there and she was not helpful or engaging in any way. The outdoor seating in the sun was lovely and if poor service doesn't bother you this is an excellent place to try a few different ciders.

Great outdoor area with lots of tables spaced out. Few outside toys for the kids.
Great tasting paddles. You can buy cheeses, crackers, olives etc there and make your own cheese board.
Even a 0% cider for those who don’t drink or are being the driver.
Very chilled atmosphere, tasty ciders and cool set up.

Como sucede con muchos paÃses vitivinÃcolas, la producción de sidras es usual en Nueva Zelanda. En mi ruta entre Auckland y Wellington, una de mis paradas -totalmente prevista en mi planificación- fue Zeffer Cider Co., en Hawke’s Bay. Sidras buenisimas (que ademas ayudan a soportar el calor), para tomar alli (tienen un tasting tray) o para llevar. Punto de interés imperdible para quien le gusta la cerveza y/o sidra artesanales.

Such a pretty outdoor area and the ciders are really yummy! We did 2 flights so we got to try all 8 ciders on tap. Great prices too! Would definitely recommend a trip here if you’re in the Napier/Hastings area!

this is a great location to have some tasting trays with your mates/family and enjoy platters that you make up yourself - theres tons of room for the kids to run around in and games to keep them occupied while you enjoy a nice drink. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well - will keep coming here!

Lovely place to visit, buy a cider / beer and build your own platter. Extremely well priced. Friendly staff always willing to answer your questions about the different ciders. Can purchase takeaway ciders or alcoholic ginger beer too.
Fab sitting at a table under the umbrellas. Well worth a visit.

Sweet place for a cider and beer. Kids loved the funky non alcoholic drinks. Would recommend for a casual drink and catch up on the lawn

Excellent setting for a lazy summer afternoon catch up and cider tasting paddle, great variety of flavours to choose from. Helpful, friendly staff member who had excellent knowledge of product and great tasting advice. The food concept of design your own platter was very appealing, and there was a great range of cheese, meats and accompaniments to choose from to suit all tastes. Fabulous tasting experience and we will definitely visit again.
