We are very sorry to announce that we are no longer running our Alpaca Walking Experiences or doing any public visits.
Sorry we won't be taking our alpacas off farm to Fetes, open days or visits to schools or homes for the elderly as we are focusing our efforts on our breeding program specialising in grey and spotty alpacas.
We apologise as we appreciate this will be disappointing for you.

It is a lovely family run place to walk some beautiful alpacas. Mum was delighted and I, not being that into alpacas, was won over by the fascinating talks and the unique way to make memories.

Meeting the alpacas and learning all about them from Kelsey was a real treat. After a very warm welcome from Jay, Kelsey shared her knowledge of these delightful, quirky animals in a brilliantly entertaining way. Then, Jay, Kelsey and Sabrina matched each of us in the group to an alpaca. We were shown how to bond with our cute charge then off we went for our walk. I have never done anything like this before but will definitely be going back.
A great way to spend an afternoon. Thank you to the girls and to the boys too!! (The alpacas on this walk were all boys, Clooney, Colin, Cruise to name but a few)

We spent a wonderful couple of hours learning about alpacas and how to treat them before feeding and bonding with our new friend and then walking around a large field in a group. We had tickets for both of us to walk an alpaca. Some couples shared. We took many photos of the alpacas in nearby fields and then of our ‘own’ alpaca and even some selfies. The staff also took photos of us all including a video and these were posted on their Facebook page that evening. The visit was unhurried and most enjoyable.

We visited Winwick Barn alpacas recently and had a brilliant time.
Jay, Kelsey and Sabrina were all great. They are clearly passionate about their alpacas and want to share them and their knowledge with their visitors, whilst ensuring the alpacas wellbeing is always the priority.
The alpacas were lovely and as someone who is not an animal person, I found them very calming and therapeutic!!
We had a lovely time with the alpacas but what I enjoyed most was that it wasn’t commercial, nothing was being pushed on us, it was just 3 ladies who really love their alpacas!
Organising our visit was straightforward, with Jay accommodating our change in numbers with no problems! I would definitely go again!

We came as part of a hen party. I loved meeting the alpacas, all their different personalities were so endearing!! Absolutely beautiful animals and so lovely to get so close to them and learn about them. The team there were brilliant, so welcoming and engaging and so much fun. Thoroughly recommend this. Thank you x

great time walking these lovely animals with the wife for her birthday, even a misery like me melted when we fed them, have a treat and go... not just for children

Wonderful setting on a working farm, with friendly, knowledgeable and passionate staff who make you feel very welcome. We really enjoyed learning about the alpacas and gett8ng to feed and stroke them. The highlight of the two hour experience is being matched with your alpaca and setting off on a 40-45 minute walk around the fields. The team take photos and a video to upload on Facebook and are more than happy to answer questions whilst you sit and enjoy a cold/hot drink with them afterwards. Highly recommend this fabulous day out!

We were given a lof ot interesting information about the alpaca and saw a lot of them.
Then we went for a 30/40 minute walk with one young alpaca boy each. Finally we fed some one year olds.
In total the experience lasted just a bit more than two hours and is definitely worth it.
