Today our family paid £139 for access to the Main stand and family facilities. We arrived at 12.30 having paid £30 for car parking. We were directed to a parking spot 50 metres beyond th e 2 furlong Post.Firstly I am 78 years old and paid £19 for my ticket. Our family age range was Great Grandchildren of three years old to myself.There are no toilet facilities and access to the main stand to place a bet or for children to play in the amusement area was a trek through long wet grass.We asked if we could park in second row witch we have done in the past and were refused .We found the staff around the entrance to the Main stand extremely unhelpfulWe have visited many times but found today's experience very disappointing.

We took my father and mother, 86 and 82, to the meeting where they show the cheltenham races, to the Chase restaurant. It was a noticeably better experience. We got offered coffee/tv when we arrived as part of the deal, which was new. A maitre d introduced herself. we felt very look after. Drinks were swift with the app on the table, and the food was excellent. Salmon starter and beef for me, stuffed chicken for the others, great view from the viewing area. A couple of minor issues. Only got three small buscuits with the cheese dessert, seems a strange thing to skimp on, but i guess we could have asked for some more, and when the racing was on, i'd have preferred the TVs in the restaurant to be much louder. Possibly annoying for some, but we were there for the racing, and i think it would have helped the atmosphere. Only minor quibbles. Had a great day out. Well done to Lily Ogden who looked after us so well.

Lovely situation, but easy access from A1. Pleasant welcoming staff, nice clean room. The buffet breakfast was very nicely cooked, everything there that you could wish for. Would book again if we go to that area in the future.

Our family of four attended the Family Fun Day including dinosaur appearances and a pony race. The facilities are great, although on this sunny visit nearly everywhere had run out of still water by the afternoon.
View of the racing and access to everything was really good and we had amazing wood-fired pizzas for lunch. Plenty of bars without too much of a queue and screens / announcements made it easy to follow all events. We’ll certainly be back!

Visited here for the June meeting and so glad to see so many people enjoying themselves without loads of drunks falling about causing trouble and open drug use like we have witnessed at many race meetings in the past,drinks are a reasonable price, bars were pretty clear although found it strange 2 of the staff I asked didn’t know what a shandy was,the track was pretty full without being uncomfortable and enjoyed our day out at the races

I had a very pleasant afternoon here yesterday. Good racing and luckily good weather. Good facilities and excellent staff. Second visit here and will come again. Just £12 to get in and under 18’s free. Plenty of free parking and easy access.

After our last visit here,we were dubious about returning to have a meal,but we need not have worried as the staff and food were very good,i must say though £5.50 for a small bottled beer and £47 for a bottle of rose is a bit steep,so we kept our drinking to a minimum,also we found them chilled at best and not ice cold as most would want them,still didnt ruin our day

Attended the car boot... it was alright. Very well organised but full of old clothes and DVDs. Hoped we'd find some nice bits but nothing really caught us.

our experience at the Peterbourough Chase restaurant on sunday1st march,firstly we were put near the tote betting station which later turned out to be horrendouus with people standing by the side of our table queueing,making it quite awkward trying to chat,also the cutlery was stained and had to wipe it ourselves,and the most unforgivable thing was all our Roast Beef main meals turned up cold and had to be sent back.
We was celebrating my birthday and expected and paid for a premier experience,which we sadly never got,we visited the same restaurant last year and had a superb tiime ,i sent glowing reviews online including trip advisor,we feel badly let down and didnt get VFM
I sent this off to air my greivence about my time here and after 3 weeks still didnt get a reply,i sent another off and to be fair was answered within 2 hours by James Wilcox who somehow managed to get in touch with everyone involved and to basically say i was lying about the food being sent back as they have a system that notes and goes into a book of all such matters,which it wasnt ,so someone is not doing their job correctly,also when people leave they set their table with cutlery for the next meeting which could be upto 4 weeks time,not hygeinic sitting there that long im sure
The manageress even come up to apologise and our server was the starters son,which if they said it didnt happen im very saddened by,either was James Wilcox has fobbed me off,im far from inpressed
