The Grafham branch of Rutland Cycling continues to give an amazing service. The service package I have with them for my Whyte hybrid (supplied by them) is second to none. Whenever I have an issue, however minor, Danny, Jim, Gareth, Jess and the Team are always able to give it their professional attention. If it cannot be fixed immediately then they kindly arrange for me to have an alternative pair of wheels to keep me on the track while the bike is being repaired. Clocking up over 4000 km a year on the bike such support is essential. The attitude of the team is always customer focussed, polite and professional. They also have an excellent range of accessories and clothing and are always ready to give unbiased advice when looking for new gear. We we are lucky to have them in the area. Thank you.

Was looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon and Rutland Cycles at Grafham Water were just the ticket! Incredibly friendly staff throughout the whole store and the team were so helpful with giving us a map and advice on where to go.
Had a fantastic time and will definitely be hiring again with you!

Bikes in perfect condition.
Treated really well by the staff member(sorry I didn't get a name) everything was carefully explained & the ride on an electric assist bike was a revelation.
Nothing was too much trouble. Loved it.

Very helpful staff, well maintained bikes and great location for a 10 mile leisurely ride around the lake. It took us two hours as we are rusty when it comes to cycling but we did have a brief coffee stop too. We were impressed by the variety of scenery en route.

This is my second Specialized eBike purchase from Rutland Cycles at Grafham Water. Their attention to detail is ‘top drawer’ and the whole store team led by Danny and Gareth made life so easy during the order and purchase process and I can’t thank you all enough for your patience and help.
If you don’t walk into the store with a smile on your face your guaranteed to leave with one !!
I won’t single any one person out for praise because I’d probably miss someone by name so I’ll end my review with a sincere thank you to all at Rutland Cycles at Grafham Water.

We hired E bikes from Rutland Cycling for a couple of hours. It was a breeze using them. I’m not that fit going up the hills, but the E bike gave me the little push I needed.
Staff were super friendly and helpful in the bike shop. Bonus. You can actually ring their number and talk to a human being!
Loved it so much, next time going to attempt Rutland Water, which is further to cycle.

Nothing specific, the whole day was a great day out. Mixture of an e-bike and push bikes hired, 6 in total.
E-bike for 75 year old, thinking of investing in one so good opportunity to try out. We did two circuit's so just got to bite the bullet on cost.

Nice friendly helpful staff. Selection of bikes was good and everything on the bikes worked as it should.
We are a family of six, all requiring full size bikes. We usually opt for the electric versions as we find it easier for us to stay close together as a family unit due to the electric assistance these bikes offer.
We like the experience and always look forward to going around Grafham however we'd certainly visit more often if there was a consideration for price reduction for a hire of six bikes for the day which currently costs £240! This is not affordable for us on a regular basis as I would think for many other people too.
