We booked Rudy's Taxi Company for two days of private touring based on very favorable TripAdvisor reviews. We arrived in AMS airport after flying nonstop from Texas at 9 AM in the morning. We were met at a designated place in the airport by our tour guide Guillermo. His English was perfect, his Mercedes van parked nearby was impeccable inside and out. He was in a professional appearing suit which we told him he could lose after that first day, but he didn't! He saw we were pretty wiped out but his recommendation was to stay at it for 6-7 hours that day in order to get us somewhat on local time before checking into our hotel; a technique I had used several times in the past. We spent the day seeing some of the areas in this beautiful country, especially during the peak of tulip season.
The next morning, Guillermo was there to pick us up at 9 AM as wwe had asked, and we spent the day going through big cities and small towns - lunch at a small but excellent restaurant, a Gouda cheese factory, and much more. We were fully awake and enjoying that very full and wonderful day.
We had contracted Rudy's to shuttle us to our river cruise boat the next day, and Guillermo was there at 9:30 as requested and took charge of all our luggage, shuttled us to the specific spot where our ship was docked, got our luggage handled in conjunction with the people from the boat. We said goodbye to our new found friend and went on board.
Little did we know that we would end up back in the Netherlands two days before our departing flight. We contacted Rudy's, and the next morning Guillermo showed up on time and in his pristine Mercedes van! We were thrilled, especially after he took us on another day of touring Holland, then a day through parts of Belgium! Bruges is a fascinating city!
You can pick other guide services or just shuttle services in the Netherlands, but our group of two couples was so impressed with Rudy's, and specifically Guillermo, that if we ever get back to the Netherlands, we know who we will contact first after coordinating our air travel!

I booked 2 lift cause it is advertised as "luxury ride" the first one was as good as expected.
Nice luxury car smooth ride, nothing to say here.
BUT the second one, who drive us to the airport at the end of our trip, wasn't nor the driver nor the car that i'd booked, from a luxury minivan we got an old opel with wire exposed in the back .... not as luxury as advertised.

Dear Mr Benjamin,
Thank you for your review. I can not find your booking with us under the name Benjamin and would like to know which date and time you had your ride back to the airport. If this was with my company I will refund you the full amount for the ride back to the airport since we definitely do not use Opel cars in our fleet.
It is possible you had your ride with us from the airport to the city but used a different supplier for your ride back to the airport. I look forward to your reply.

The email correspondence with this taxi company was prompt and helpful. We were able to prepay and gave them our flight number. Our driver, Martin, was waiting for us in a nice Mercedes van. He was friendly and got us to our lodgings in no time. Thanks to Ruud and his team for great service.

This trip was wonderful. We asked Rudy's Taxi Company (really a great car service) to pick us up from Schiphol Airport when we landed and take us to Keukenhof and then to our hotel in Amsertdam. Everything went flawlessly. We met Coen, our great driver, as we left passport control. He took our bags, recommended an amazing lunch and we were on our way down to Keukenhof. Coen then waited for us at Keukenhof and brought us directly to our hotel in Amsterdam. It was all perfect. Thanks again to Rudy and Coen!!

Excellent driver, great sights! It's not cheap but you will get to see alot by hiring a private driver. We got to Muiderslot Castle, had lunch, went to de Zaans Schaans and finished at a fishing village. Alot for one day but all were great!

Quick transfer from the airport to our hotel, and driver was communicative. Unfortunately, Piet had us waiting for over 30 mins while he went to pick someone else up. Since we’d given him our flight numbers, I was surprised by this tardiness.

Dear Devis24, thank you for your review. I'm really sorry that you had to wait for your driver. Piet did had a transfer going to the airport before he could pick you up. The other guest (going to the airport) where a bit late and you where faster at the meeting point as expected. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, it is not our standard policy to have guest waiting at the airport.

We originally booked a transfer from Schiphol to our hotel in central Amsterdam. The booking process and communications were great. Rudy responded immediately to emails, provided telephone contact information for the driver and stayed on top of our reservation throughout the process, up to and including after we landed, even though our plane was late. He sent very helpful emails about where to meet the driver inside the airport. The driver was there to meet us as promised. He drove us in a brand new Mercedes sedan, which was luxurious. He was extremely friendly, spoke perfect English, and was a very careful driver.
We were so pleased that we immediately booked Rudy's for a return trip to the airport several days later. We were delighted to see that Rudy arranged for the same driver, who was waiting for us at our very early pickup time. Again, we had a great ride with him.
All of this great service came at a very reasonable price that would not have been much more than a taxi despite the high gas prices. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

Perfect experience! I was picked up at my hotel exactly on time. Ride to Bruges from Amsterdam was comfortable, and enjoyable conversation. My tour included all of the Bruges highlights, including a nice canal cruise. Beautiful city to visit. I'm very happy I used Rudy's Taxi Company for my tour. Outstanding service and I was very pleased with my whole day.
