Simone greeted at the us at Cruise Terminal and introduced us to Diego. He asked us a few questions regarding what we wanted to see and our interests. Our group was 26 year old to 87 year old. He suggested we start in Florence to avoid traffic congestion and hit Pisa on our way back to the ship. Everything went smoothly with his running commentary and stopping at strategic spots for pictures. Everyone had a wonderful time. Diego made the trip very enjoyable! He gave us a suggestion on where to have lunch and a location to eat once we were in Rome. Both were spot on! Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

Our family visited Pisa and Florence with Simona - we had a great experience. Simona was responsive and flexible in several pre-trip planning emails. She arranged for a guided walking tour of Florence including the Accademia Museum. She was knowledgeable and spoke very good English.
Her Mercedes van was clean and well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend Simona and her company.

We got shut out of a very expensive private car arranged by our cruise line visiting Livorno. While we may have booked too late the night before ( and later learned there is a labor shortage of guides and drivers); we found ourselves stranded on the pier with no options to visit Tuscany. And then we met Diego!
Diego had the perfect van for our group of 6. He quoted a price for the day that was 1/3 rd what our cruise line quoted. We piled into the van and headed to Florence. Diego had maps with great suggestions. After lunch, he took us to a great winery for tastings. He shared great stories and ended the day with big hugs for all. We had a great time and more importantly, made a new friend. Can’t recommend the service more. Thank you Diego, until next time!

O tour oferecido de um dia, para quem está em navio de cruzeiro em Livorno, é impecável. Serviço completo, pontual e confortavel. Fizemos vários tours semelhantes em outras paradas, porém esse foi com certeza o melhor. Recomendo fortemente os serviços para quem tiver uma para em Livorno.

We had booked through a competitor who cancelled on us a few days ahead of time. I am so happy they did. We scrambled while on the cruise ship trying to find someone who could take us around Tuscany for the day. Stumbling across Tuscany for cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. Diego was wonderful. Volterra, San Gmignano and the winery were all fantastic. Book this trip you won't be disappointed. Thank you for such a fantastic day.

We had great time with Diego in
Pisa and Luca and Daniel in Naples on the Amalfi coast drive.
