If you've already been to Florence, usually the first choice is to visit Lucca, way less crowded and much closer, with the chance to add a winery tour and tasting (same kind of service in San Gimignano, but this requires a little more driving); otherwise, if you'd like to experience some nature you could go to Cinque Terre, higlhy renowned area fwith its beautiful hamlets and landscapes.
