Really great place to go with family. The owners are truly passionate about what they’ve created, it’s so refreshing to see. Happy to answer any questions and are so knowledgeable about many things! The different weird but wonderful items they have in their museums is topped off with a little audio device which explains every item they have with bizarre but true facts! They really live up to their name and it’s just so lovely to see people so passionate about what they do. Highly recommend, true asset to Hastings.

We had a great time looking at the exhibits , many of which are interactive. The listening aids are a good idea and contribute to the mysterious atmosphere. The owners are there to answer any questions and generally interact with the punters and do an excellent job as they are a lovely bunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Such an amazing place to go. The exhibits were fun to see and very educational. The audio device you walk round with was very helpful for explaining the history behind each item. The best part of the whole place was the two amazing people that were working there, without them the place wouldnt be what it is. They were both great at explaining how the audio devices work and just a delight to talk to. They are both very passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in seeing items from history and that likes learning about unusual things

Highly recommend. Went with a friend and 3 ten year-olds. We all really enjoyed it. Liam was an excellent source of information, funny and informative with lots of time and patience to talk with the kids.
The exhibits were varied and fun, a really interesting way to spend an hour or two.

great service from liam, great that you get to pick his hat when you enter! loads of cool curios and interesting oddities to explore, with an in depth audio guide already included - we had a great time exploring and somehow an even better time chatting to liam at the end, we’re on our way to buy a bohemian guitar! you never told us the most popular exhibit tho, so we’re just sharing a photo of our favourite ;)

Liam was warm and welcoming today for our visit. A wealth of knowledge and eager to share!
The museum is a fab and quirky place to visit, we loved it!
I took my 12 year old son for a treat and we were not disappointed with our visit. We had the place to ourselves as we were the first ones there.
The exhibits were displayed individually with either written or audio descriptions on an interactive tour which was numbered so we didn't miss anything out.
All the items were unusual, not your typical museum pieces at all!
The entry prices are reasonable. We spent a good one and a half hours here.
We will definitely be visiting again and will bring the rest of the family with us next time.

Definitely one of those "must see!" places. Honestly some of the coolest stuff I've seen in my lifetime. The host was great, funny, informative and really helpful. Such a friendly vibe as soon as we entered and we stayed for ages afterwards just chatting away.

Visited here on Sunday for my partners birthday! Liam was a fantastic host who was very well equipped to answer our magnitude of questions. There was some really odd exhibits here that were all incredible in their own unique way! An elite hat selection upon arrival assured me we had picked the right place. Very unique and will come highly recommended to all friends and family! Will definitely come back with the kids! Much appreciated to the guys at bizarre but true!

Second time visiting and now in their new location. Better location, better set up and brilliant exhibits. Truly bizarre and fascinating. Liam is so welcoming and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He takes time to make sure you have the best experience, such a lovely man. Well done to the family for creating such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back
