We love laser zone but bournemouth laser zone was just terrible the equipment was so cheap and tacky.The toilet had mould on the floors. The equipment stopped working for me and several other people when we told the staff they just said they can’t do anything about it and they wouldn’t give us a refund we were so disappointed. Don’t go there

We love Lazer zone and visit every city we can. Bournemouth Lazer zone is a disaster! Equipment malfunctioned for several players and ruined thier games. Management said it was a known problem and they were not prepared to resolve issue as directors wouldn’t invest in new equipment. So old lousy equipment and staff won’t refund when it won’t work. Closest I know to a scam Lazer zone experience.

Played 2 games for my daughter's birthday - fantastic experience for all six girls! Big thanks to Kade for joining in with all the Marvel/DC banter and being very patient with all the girls as they chose their names. Thanks for wearing one of the party hats too! Highly recommend this place for a birthday, we had a brilliant time :)

We recently had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Laserquest Bournemouth & it was brilliant! The staff were great & the kids had the best time both in the games & party area. Thank you x

I sent an email of complaint as I’ve not had a response that’s why I’m writing this review I booked the Me deal for my daughter and her friend. I phoned beforehand to ask what the food options were told it would be a choice of burger hotdog or nachos on arrival was told that all they do were hotdogs and nachos which was very disappointing as I’ve been lied to on the phone, it was very quiet and my daughter and her friend had booked so they could have five games but unfortunately they were the only two there not much playing against two of them so they got bored very quickly so only played free games as it was not the experience they were hoping for . The nachos were absolutely shocking. They were very stale and the south I have mould on top not the experience were hoping for the place is very rundown and has an awful smell. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very young, talked umung themselves, didn't show any customer service to keep up to date to what was happening, I walked over to get a drink while the staff was there but he completely ignored me and attended to shout out for a different family, so I had to wait for my turn, the guy that was attending the food had long hair and kept touching it, wasn't put up out of the way at all, They did explain some good points about what not to do and to do but they never said anything about the whole system of yours that went out about 10 mins left so I just stood there waiting for the game to end, just glad it was me and not my kids, they really need to talk about if the system goes out while your playing and what to do, they told me after and I asked about it. They really need to interact more with customers instead of standing around talking amongst themselves.

An amazing experience, Spencer looked after us so well! We were the only people booked in to play this day. We booked 3 games; played solo for the first game, played teams for the second so we could have different colours, then we played solo again for the third game but Spencer put our choice of music on (Pokémon!!). We also booked the unlimited drinks which was well worth it as we could choose any soft drinks (not in bottles), slushee or hot drinks!!
It was the perfect date day for us, and the perfect way to unwind after a Uni assessment.
Thank you Spencer for making it so much fun, we will definitely be back!

Went for sons birthday treat! Overall great value for money we did the Mega pass 5 games, unlimited squash and a meal for £18! Extremely impressed. The day was good nice breaks in-between games staff very friendly and great. Overall fantastic good parking as multi story just above the laser quest building £4.90 all day parking. Only downside was the food! The meal was awful only options nachos or hotdogs we all went for nachos which were disgusting. Not warmed up, served with bought salsa the cheese was yuk! They really need to rethink their food options a burger option or fries would of been better . The food is the only reason I'm taking a star away as the place staff and laser tag was great fun.

We came recently for my son's birthday party. The staff were enthusiastic and gave us a warm welcome. It was great to have everything taken care of and all the kids had a great time!

Hi how much would it cost to book for 21 adults on a hen do? Probably best there weren't children in at the same time. Thinking of the weekend of 29th January 2016.

Laser Quest is quite simply the perfect activity for a Hen party. A completely unique and adult themed combat and strategy simulation is bound to provide endless laughs on the day and fun and exciting moments to look back on.
All self contained and right in the Town center we are experts in shaping each session to suit you to provide your group the most fun possible and give the Hen a day she will never forget.
For a group of your size I would recommend either one or two hour exclusive hire any time during that day or evening, Prices are as follows..
- 1 hour exclusive hire any time during that day or evening for £220
- 2 hour exclusive hire any time during that day or evening for £330
Additional bolt on's for included drinks and a bottle of bubbly for the winner of the final game is available on either of the above packages on request.
We currently have plenty of space on the dates you mentioned however January is a surprisingly busy month for stag party's and Hen do's and to avoid disappointment and ensure you get the precise time slot that will suit you I would certainly recommend booking as soon as possible. Booking can be done over the phone by contacting the site on 01202 556888 or online. Booking requires only a £25.00 deposit with the remainder being paid on the day.
