Brilliant fun for the kids, always kept clean and tidy. My son had his birthday there with a few friends and they had food and cake in the cafe.
They really enjoyed the food. Only thing I would have liked to have done was bring some snacks for the children as could only really buy crisps and sweets. If they sold some packs of biscuits or fruit selection bags maybe that would have been nice. I brought some bowls so I emptied crisps into them for the kids.

Inflatabounce is brilliant, so many bouncy castles and so much fun, my only issue is how many people they let in - it was so over crowded at one point you spend more time dodging kids, and my niece was knocked over twice which is a shame, it really is great there but they definitely need to let less people in during the slots

Absolutely fabulous, so much to do.
She really enjoyed it, slept all the way home.

Great play space with loads of really good inflatables. Let down significantly by the cafe, signs everywhere banning food from outside but the food from inside is over priced and absolutely disgusting. Shocked by the poor standard after paying £27 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids (food only, no drinks) It's a bit cold inside but if you move further in there are heating elements that are pretty good so worth moving a bit further down for a more comfortable experience.

We love inflatebounce, it’s a great place. The inflatables change often making it different each time and we love the sweety shop for a treat each visit.
My only suggestion would be to improve the cafe. It’s fine for a drink and snack/ coffee and cake, but for lunch it’s incredibly slow, 35-40 minute wait as standard, and the quality of the food isn’t great.
If it’s not feasible to improve the lunch offering, perhaps they could relax the ‘no picnics’ rule.
Having said that we visit a lot, we enjoy the cafe for snacks, but to get 5 stars it would be great to be able to enjoy a nice lunch there too without a long wait.

Been coming for a couple of years and have introduced many friends to it to who also love it. A good variety for kids to bounce on and equipment has always been clean. Staff friendly and never had any problems

Kids always have a really good time running to all the many different inflatables. The hot food here is reasonably priced but the drinks are quite pricey with single cans being £1.90. The sweets are also pricey which isn't minded when it's good quality but some, for example, like the smarties are cheap ones and don't taste very good at all which is annoying when it's £1.85 for a small bag.

The amount of okay equipment is impressive. Our 4 year old and her older cousins had a fantastic time. The only downside was the seemingly experienced staff in the cafe who didn’t put through one of our meals and got one wrong. It all seemed a bit chaotic. But other than that a fantastic day

The staff was fantastic
My grandson is autistic and was having a moment As he wanted a slush puppy but by the time I worked out want he wanted the shop was shut
The really lovely young man opened the shop so my grandson would get his slush puppy so we would go home safely..

Had a really good time but due to half term was very busy. Took a while to find a table and very over crowded. Would still be good if they put on a tots time in half term for the younger children who also attend pre school or early years as my children who are 4 and 16months kept getting knocked about by older children running around all the time.
