Grand Jewelers is a friendly, kind and honest business. They are quick to respond and always have a beautiful selection of set jewelry and loose stones. Over the decades we have purchased several pieces from Grand, on both St. Thomas and St. Maarten. They sell GIA and high quality diamonds, et al. I trust exactly three jewelers in the world, and Grand Jewelers is one of them. Not selling fakes, or cooked diamonds. AND they have sent us a Christmas Card for the past 20+ years. I always thought that was a nice touch. And Grand is very generous with upgrades….. Dean is awesome!!! Everyone is.

Joti greeted us without pressure when we walked into Grand Jewelers. Both Joti and Navin were both very professional, attentive to my style and quickly understood what I liked. They have earned our trust and this review! We will be back when we return to St. Thomas someday! I love my new jewelry!

It is always a pleasure visiting Grand Jewelers in St Thomas. They always treat us like family and are genuinely happy to see us. We have purchased many pieces here and have always been thrilled with our purchases. Thank you to the entire staff. It is always the only place we purchase jewelry. We have always had the best experience here!

Hello to everyone at Grand Jewelers. We have been customers for several years. We were introduced to GJ by a neighbor. We love shopping at GJ. Great service, no pressure, beautiful pieces, unique pieces. We do not shop for jewelry anywhere else. It is a stop we always make when in the islands. Thank you all, especially Raj.

We have been part of the Grand Jeweler family for 22 years and counting. Naveen and his staff always find just the right piece at the right price for us. They are all easy to work with and Grand stands behind its products. We have needed a couple of repairs and they were done fast and at little cost to us. We love that we are given full value for previous purchases when we upgrade to new pieces.
Our first stop after we disembark the ship in St Thomas is always Grand Jewelers. We hope to continue being part of the family for years to come.

We have visited your store several times and I still cherish our purchases. We have been on a cruise ship. We would like to come this winter in February and stay on the island. Can you recommend a place or a home we might rent. We plan to bring our friends. Should we try VRBO?

Good Morning. We will be cruising to various islands, one of which is St. Thomas. I'm very interested in purchasing jewelry and naturally concerned about trust-worthiness of vendors. Many on Trip Advisor have positive reviews as do you. Do they provide a written description & value of an item with a guarantee that it will appraise at that or more when back in the States (i.e. within 30 days?) When on a Costa cruise we were given the name of a jeweler who provided that exact guarantee. Upon return to the States, I had it appraised and it did value much higher than I paid. Yes. They will provide a signed document that gives full description and value. We have just returned to the US so we have not tried to get our new ring evaluated here but, we were very happy with the purchase price.
