We thoroughly enjoyed this jewelry store. Just wanted to browse and no intentions of purchase. We were welcomed and not pressured to buy anything. Roy let us try a variety of jewelry, again no pressure to purchase. I fell in love with the diamond bangle bracelet and bought it. Roy has stayed in touch with me to confirm my satisfaction. I recommend this store for friendly and honest advice.

This was my 2nd purchase from Kristie's Jewels. My first experience was so so positive I knew I would return to them when I wanted another piece of jewelry. I was on a cruise ship and I only had 1 day in Aruba. I wanted a tanzanite ring and I found a beautiful one at Kristie's. Unfortunately, it needed to be sized. That was no problem! They were able to size my ring in a few hours and I was able to pick it up before getting back on the boat. They will go out of their way to find you exactly what you want at the price point you can afford. The customer service was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality piece of jewelry.

This is the best jeweler in Aruba! I have been vacationing in Aruba for 20 plus years. I am so grateful that approximately 5 years ago I was introduced to Roy at Kristies. Since then I have had Roy recreate a beautiful ring and ship it to me in the US. I have also contacted Toy while Iin the US to send me some pieces wguch I had seen at Kristies while on vacation. I have purchased many one of. A kind spectacular pieces and fairly priced. Kristies stands behind their product and it is guaranteed! Roy and the staff at Kristies are not only extremely friendly and trustworthy but also outstanding in their craftsmanship! They are my jeweler all year round and not just when Im visiting Aruba. I always but a special piece on every visit to Kristiez. Thank you Roy and team for always being accommodating, helpful and mostly for your caring and friendship! See you soon!

We "ran" into Kristie's Jewels in 2012, and except for not travelling in 2020-2021, we have been in to visit or shop 1-2 times a year since. We love all the staff who have become part of our Aruba family with their kind approaches, their care and patience in getting to know our interests and having pieces selected to show us, and their no pressure to buy attitude. It makes dropping in fabulous and fun. Their prices are remarkably affordable when you bundle your pieces. Just look what pieces we picked out, and these are just what I got. I'll post hubby David's pieces next!! Stop in and enjoy all the sparkle of the bling, especially at night with the lights on. Ask for Roy, Cindy, Manny, Roger, or any of the highly experienced jewelry associates. You can't beat'em!!!!

A trip to Aruba wouldn’t be complete until you make a stop at Kristie’s! They have a great selection of beautiful jewelry along with being able to make custom design pieces! I always deal with Roy and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my selections. You won’t be disappointed!

My visit to kristies was definitely fabulous. I went in to look but ended up to buy a beautiful necklace ( and I do have my own jeweler in ny). I definitely got a great price for it. I highly would recommend kristies jewelry store to anyone who wants to see anything sparkly, gold or silver. See Roy!!

We had the best experience buying our jewelry Manny and staff were very professional, knowledgeable, about all the jewelry, gold ,diamonds that we purchased. I first visited Kristie's 8 years ago and have been back every year since. They have the most beautiful jewels and prices I have found on the Island. I always deal with Manny who has become a dear friend. He always gives me the best service and price and if I ever have a concern, he addresses it immediately. I can't wait to be back again in November to visit my favorite jeweler!!

The people lie straight to your face. I got garbage ring for $13000 Its was wrong diamond and they admitted But they now want me to pay for the ring I should have pd for Do they think Im stupid:

Why Manny has not responded regarding sizing my ring which I purchased with less than 14kt and it caused a discoloration which he said he would arrange to fix. Has not contacted me since NOVEMBER when I purchased it.
