Our guide Nikki was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about the natural phenomenons as well as the parks history. It was an amazing unforgettable tour, we saw lots of wildlife- bears, bison, among others. I was traveling solo so it took a lot of stress off not having to worry about driving and knowing where to go. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful trip of Yellowstone. Our guide Seth gave us so much information and made our trip amazing. The lunch was great and the open air ride is awesome.

Having been to Yellowstone once before, I knew the day is hard on the driver. When you're the driver, you can't fully enjoy everything around you.
This trip was beyond amazing. Our guide, Justin, picked us up promptly, from our location. He gave us a quick rundown of what the day would be like, offered us snacks and water, and we were off. He was very knowledgeable about all kinds of things during our ride to Yellowstone. Once in the park, he gave us great tips on seeing the attractions.
Plenty of "rest stops" along the way, as well as a great picnic lunch. Also plenty of opportunities to pick up mementos of your trip.
Be sure to ask for Justin - he was terrific!!

Dave was a great guide with local insight, knowledge about the park, and flexibility to include the things we most wanted to see. We saw lots of bison and also a bear and her cub! Having binoculars provided was a nice touch, as were the lunch, waters, and snacks. They do pickups & drop-offs in Cody, which made it really easy. It felt great to relax, take in the sights, learn, and enjoy a well-planned day. The open air felt fantastic and gave a great view of everything, and felt really comfortable from a COVID-safety perspective. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to another solo traveller looking to see a lot in the park in a day in a comfortable way.

Dave was a wonderful tour guide! We saw all the highlights open in Yellowstone (parts still closed due to flooding when we took the tour). Loved the open air vehicle, binoculars, and lunch that was provided - everything was perfect!

There are many wonderful things about this tour. First, the van has windows all around, even the roof is a window! This gives everyone a clear view of the mountains, trees, and wildlife, including flying eagles and hawks. The roof opens up for an open air experience. There's lots of legroom and space between passengers, although the ride is more like a truck than a car. Second, you don't have to drive the 200 mile trip and instead can enjoy the scenery. We were picked up and dropped off right at our lodging. Everything was very conenient, and after 12 hours we were grateful not to have driven ourselves. Third, our driver Kim is an excellent tour guide! She is very knowledgable about everything Yellowstone, including about places enroute to the park and back again. I learned a lot from her. Kim is very attentive and pays attention to details, like taking the ladies to the better bathrooms, dropping us off curbside close to sights, providing lots of good tips, and giving us choices and enough time to enjoy each stop. She has an interesting background too. Fifth, the amazing scenery! Yellowstone is so beautiful, and rich with unique geology, wildlife, and history. We saw a momma grizzly and her yearling. There's plenty of buffalo, and one even walked right past us in the street. Everything about this tour makes it worthwhile, even the snacks and the good lunch made by a local Cody eatery. Water is provided. One caveat: there were several booking mistakes. I hope this will be corrected. In the meantime, don't be shy about reminding the booking company about your tours and times.

We had a mostly great day touring Yellowstone with Dave. He picked us up at our motel in a Mercedes Bus that the top comes off. Great for photographers. It was a long day from Cody to the lower loop of Yellowstone and as 4 drivers pulled out unexpectedly in front of us, Dave did a great job negotiating these idiots. So we saw most of the sights but 1 important one - The Grand Prismatic Spring. When asked why we weren't going to see the spring we were told that "there wasn't enough time and if we had a problem to take it up with my boss". I get it. Its a long day and it's been a long summer working probably more than wanted. However you folks need to get on the same page. The Spring is clearly advertised as a stop and is one of the most important reasons why people go to Yellowstone. I was upset but didn't show it because I didnt have the exact tour in front of me, but when I got back to my hotel I checked and indeed was supposed to be on the tour. Now I didnt complain to anyone because why bother? The next day I went with my wife and did the Spring at the Fairy Falls parking lot taking the short hike up to the overview. It took me 5 minutes to find a parking space. It took 50 minutes to get to the viewing area only because there was a herd of bison blocking the bridge. So indeed there was plenty of time to see the Grand Prismatic Spring especially since there was 30 minutes dedicated to see it on the tour and we wasted our time at a stop overlooking Yellowstone lake and driving by some house at the end of the tour that was just a waste of time. So all I'm asking for is for you folks to get on the same page because we paid $600 for the tour and should have at least seen ALL the most important sights on the lower loop. Others who take the tour deserve to see what they pay for and if there is no time to see it take it off the website as a stop.

I’m sorry that there was any misunderstanding.In nature there is no guarantee on seeing all of the sites.We are limited in time by the federal motor carrier administration.It is illegal for any tour company to be on the road for more than 12 hours total.When it comes to things that happen in the field we can not control weather,traffic,wildlife,etc.I always put in our website that you may see or could possibly do certain things because we can not control things that happen outside of our control,There we’re other people on the tour that may not have been able to do the walk and I trust that Dave evaluated the situation and did the best job possible.Private tours tend to give people more time.When there’s a full vehicle of people it takes a while at stops to get guests in and out of vehicles and some people may take longer than you and your wife.I would always recommend a private tour if you feel that you can do more without a group of people.The majority of our guests this time of year are in their golden ages and we do not feel the need to rush them so we’d rather take our time and they can enjoy themselves.

The trip was fantastic and hits some amazing sights. Unfortunately the tour guide was a bit grumpy and had quite a hard time verbalizing due to an over used scratchy voice. Communication with the service was very hard prior to the trip and the pick up instructions were vague, so confirmation of pick up location wasn’t relayed until the morning of the excursion. The coach was awesome and we loved the open air ride as it was a beautiful day. I would recommend this trip because of the picturesque sights visited.

Our guide, Michael Burns, was awesome. He was cool, friendly, down to earth, and very informative about all things Cody and Yellowstone. The open air van was a one of a kind experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I'm for sure going to take the whole family next time!

Maybe. Apparently they can pick and choose what sights they go to. They advertise the Grand Prismatic Spring and we never went. I got a reply to my review on Trip Advisor that apparently everything is a "may". We were the oldest people on the bus of 5 on a beautiful day. There was no excuse not to stop except the tour guide was tired. I had to go back the next day and see it myself.
