    Prachtige Yellowstone tour
    Dit was een kleinschalige dagtour (7 tot 7u) in een minibus. Veel gezien van Yellowstone NP zoals Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone Canyon, wildlife, oude lodges, meren en watervallen. Op het boventerras van de "Old Faithful Inn" kregen we een mooi picknick tasje met allerlei lekkers en de heerlijke brownies van Peter's Bakery uit Cody. De gids vertelde veel en hij kent de weg in het park. We hadden dit zelf nooit kunnen doen in 1 dag. Nogmaals hartelijk dank Fred!

    Yellowstone is een mooi park waar veel te zien is. Het bezoeken van het park is dus zeker de moeite waard. Echter vind ik de prijs van deze tour niet in verhouding met wat je er voor krijgt. Je kunt beter zelf met de auto door het park rijden dan dat je met deze tour gaat. De gids geeft zeer weinig informatie, dus dit is geen toegevoegde waarde. Je blijft op de reguliere lower loop. dus je wordt ook niet naar bijzondere plekjes gebracht die je zelf niet zou tegen komen. en als je zelf met de auto gaat kun je je eigen tempo bepalen. Bovendien is de beenruimte voor volwassene echt te krap in het busje. Voor ons was de tour een grote teleurstelling. voor dat bedrag hadden we wel wat meer verwacht.

Wonderful tour through Lower Yellowstone Loop - A perfect day

Great and fantastic tour! Our tour guide Justin was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. He had a very pleasant way of interacting with our kids. On the way up to the National Park he already told us about the surrounding area and pointed out interesting landmarks, which we otherwise would not have known. He modified the tour to fit our needs.
We saw all the highlights of the Lower Yellowstone loop in one day, which we wouldn't have been able to do ourselves. He showed us some spots we wouldn't have found in our travel guide/seen otherwise. He pointed out all the important features before each spot so we were prepared. When we did walks at the tour stops, Justin waited on us, which saved us from the hassle of finding parking spots in Yellowstone. He adjusted the tour and the times constantly to our preferences and personal speed. On the way out he even made an extra stop at the Visitor center so we could get our National Park Passport cancellation (stamp).
The snack selection was very good and the lunch was very delicious. It was served in a very scenic and pleasant spot, one we wouldn't have found on our own. The tour bus was very clean and spacious.
We tremendously enjoyed that we were able to simply watch and enjoy instead of having to drive roughly 300 miles by ourselves. The kids and us parents enjoyed the tour enormously. It definitely was a highlight of our US tour. It's a perfect way to see the wonders of Yellowstone National Park. Although it isn't a cheap tour, we think it is definitely worth the money.

Yellowstone with Dave was awesome
There was nothing that they could of done except have hand sanitizer in the glass top van! Food/snacks were great, driver Dave was excellent-well versed in Yellowstone and surrounding stories, and got us back 1/2 hour early. The weather was awful-snow and rain, but it made it an awesome day!
Highly recommend!

This was a great time. Wonderful lunch in a remote area with great sandwhiches. The tour took us to everything we wanted to see on the lower loop and we hunted for wildlife a well seeing deer, elk, bison, trumpeter swans, and grizzly bears. What a great day and so much to see and talk about including all the mud pots, hot pools and of course old faithful. If you have only one day to see Yellowstone like we did this is the way to go. Totally safe and we could go and stop where we wanted. This was totally worth the money! highly recommended.

You Can’t Get This Info in Reference Books

We are residents east of the Mississippi; we did our research starting in 2019, but what books and maps can’t prepare you for is the knowledge and experience of someone like our guide Devon, who knows the flora, fauna, and geology—and travels the park daily. Had I decided to drive all of us, I am confident I would have missed most of the scenery as I navigated the roads. No GPS can be relied on in the park, but you can rely on a knowledgeable guide from this group. Thanks, Devon! Thanks, Sunny for helping me choose the best tour for all age ranges represented in our group!

Highly recommend, book with Sherry and ask for Niki as your guide.
We had a Great time on this tour. From our booking experience with Sherry who was awesome and gave us extra tips on the area, to our trip into Yellowstone. Niki was our guide. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She did an amazing job informing us on Yellowstone, Cody and surrounding area. Niki is a Cody native and she is a Geology major so we really had a very knowledgeable guide. We were a diverse group of 8 and she went out of her way to make sure everyone had the best experience. Since we were a private tour. At our request, she could customize our trip just a little to keep us out of the most crowded places but made sure we still saw all the must sees. I would highly recommend this tour and this company for any tour you want to do. Great experience start to finish. Thanks guys for an awesome day.

Fun and informative
Kristen was knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was newer, clean, and comfortable. This was the perfect way to begin our Yellowstone trip. Also the lunch was amazing!

Do not book through this company unless you are ok with your trip being canceled by Cody Wyoming Adventures on the day the tour is to take place, after you've been waiting at the pickup spot for 15 minutes.

I’m sorry sir,but we do not pick up in locations not listed on our site,We specifically have in bold letters the places we do not pick up at,If somebody chooses to write in places that we do not pick them up at then we don’t pick them up.You might as well as us to drive from Wyoming to New York to get you but we aren’t doing it.If TripAdvisor allows or tells people that we can pick them up and we can not because it’s like 5 hours away from us then that’s not our fault.You should probably read the information that is on the site put there by the company.So we are an excellent company.We cater to our guests and it has been a very difficult year because of everybody across the United States is having staffing issues,Then we get people like you that go on line and tell people not to book with us because you did not do your homework before booking a tour that we would have to drive 5 hours to get you.Then we are only allowed on the road for a max of 12 hours due to federal motor carrier safety laws,So I’m sure that you wouldn’t want a 2 hour tour of Yellowstone.It takes that long to see old faithful.So unless you want to pay a guide to spend the night,and their hotel rooms for 2 nights so that you could get a 12 hour tour then fine.Atleast I canceled your trip since you didn’t even put down where you were staying in the listing till I called you and you said where you were staying.I’m not going to apologize for somebody else stand not doing their research.I didn’t book you,zyou booked with TripAdvisor so that’s between you and them about who you’d like to blame.Not us

Enjoyable Day with Our Guide, Kim

Kim, our guide, took us to locations that I haven't seen before and she was a joy to spend a day with. We saw the Yellowstone Water Falls which is personal favorite and went to an overlook of the Yellowstone Lake, with the Teton Mountains in the distance. I've been to Yellowstone 4 times prior to this, and never knew about this location. Instead I rushed to see Old Faithful (which I'm sorry but it isn't worth the crowds and rude drivers, of which there were many.) If you visit Cody, and want to visit Yellowstone, I highly recommend this option (and ask for Kim or her son, Justin). We took a private car and Kim was an excellent driver and guide. I look forward to the opportunity to return and hopefully spend another day with Kim.
