- Sandra H00Leuke manierWe zijn met het treintje door het oude gedeelte van Key West geweest en deze stopt op 8 lokaties, dit treintje zeiden ze kan juist door de smalle straatjes van old Key West. Een hele ronde duurt ongeveer 1.5 uur en om het half uur vertrekt er een. De bestuurders zijn gezellige en vooral informatieve vertellers. Ze hebben ook de trolley bus rijden en deze doet 14 stops aan.
- Wous00Zeer leuk! very NiceWe kwamen voor onze incheck aan in Key West. We hadden de auto geparkeerd en nabij was een van de 12 opstaplocaties voor de bus. Kaartjes gekocht (zijn 2 dagen geldig) en gewacht op de bus. Om de 15 minuten komt er eentje. De Trolly's zijn idd oud, houten bankjes en interieur, erg leuk. Rondritje duurt ongeveer 90 minuten en dan heb je veel van de Key West MUST SEE's gezien. De chauffeurs vertellen de hele tour over vanalles. Je kunt op de 12 locaties er op en er af, ideaal. We hebben verschillende chauffeurs gehad en die vertelden ongeveer het zelfde maar ook weer andere dingen. Erg leuk en leerzaam, zeker als je 's avonds zelf nog rondloopt!

Our guide was well informed and extremely entertaining. We saw much more of Key West than what we would have seen if driving ourselves. Skip the parking problems and use the hop on and off option.

the last trolley leaves at 430, we purchased tickets at 2 and no one explained that we were unable to ride after 430(its in the fine print). we were only able to ride it for two stops due to our other plans. They advertise a 100 percent money back guarentee but when you try to ask for a refund it isn;t in their criteria. Then they do not respond to your emails and no way to call them.

First of all I have been on Old Town Trolley tours in San Diego, Savannah and Washington, D.C.. All have been very good. I have had a positive experience with this company except for this morning with the man operating the booth at Mallory Square.
I had already priced two tickets online for $105.64 and I asked if I could buy them from him for the same price. I don't remember the first price but it was over $125. I mentioned I could buy them online for $105.64 and he told me they would add additional fees when I checked out and it could come up to the same amount. I knew he was not being truthful and we started to walk off. He then quoted he could give me a discount price of around $111.00 . I started to go ahead and buy them from him until he told me that if I bought my tickets online I would not be allowed to begin a tour for over an hour. That really made me angry because I knew he was lying. I turned around and walked off pulling out my phone and made the purchase online for 2 tickets for $105.64.
I boarded the first bus across from his booth and had no issues. I understand he has to make a living and I was willing to may more from him but having him just outright lie to me was too much.
The tour was as good as in other cities with the driver giving great information and even some restaurant recomendations. Old Town Trolleys overall do a great job with being punctual, safe and a reasonalby good value. Not sure how this will affect me as far as when I travel to other cities where Old Town operates but I will not forget my experience with this employee anytime soon.

The drivers are VERY knowledgeable. It was pretty impressive how well they were able to navigate around the tight streets while thoroughly explaining about the history too. All of our drivers had great personalities. It's not that expensive when you consider it costs the same to park for the day and then you get educated and pointed in the right direction to go see things that you'd probably miss.

We were off and on 3 times and our drivers were all very informative. Our first, Louie, kept us all entertained with jokes relating to the sights. Our second, Patrick, and third, Aaron seemed to enjoy sharing the history with us and Aaron added sounds and music to the tour.

I highly recommend this tour - if you can ride Gabe’s bus, you’ll be in good hands! We were initially going to get off at a stop, but decided to stay for the whole loop just to listen to him. He was very knowledgeable, cracked a lot of jokes, and provided excellent recommendations of locations to visit and places to eat. This is a great way to see the islands and learn about the activities available.

Our first driver, didn't catch his name, bigger guy, was rude! Then we had Karl and he was great! Then we had another driver, don't remember his name, he was a "Conch", but he was great also. We were at the Southermost Point stop and waited over an hour in sweltering heat for a trolley to show up. The stickers they gave us to put on our shirts fell off. We asked to get new ones and that lady told us to put them on the trolley maps they gave us. Why don't they tell you that from the beginning, especially if it a known problem? It was a good way to get where we needed to go but underwhelming and unreliable.

KW is. cruise stop for us in Dec. interested in Hop On Hop Off Trolley but does it stop near Hemingway Home and Truman Little White House?

Yes it does. I think a few stops are near the Hemingway House and Truman House. However, none of the stops are at the actual houses so you'll have to walk a bit. The trolley website has an interactive map that shows where all the stops are and the attractions near each one. The link is trolleytours . com/key-west/map. Hope this helps!

Yes. The stops are numbered. There is a ticket office at site #1. You can buy them in advance or just before hopping on.
