We did have great time with Fabio and Denis. Jungle hiking, swimming with pink dolphin, piranha fishing, night experiencing, staying overnight with local family, watching performance of indigenious tribe, seeing meeting points of 2 rivers are memorable. Especially with the sunrise on Amazon river. Thank you very much!

I want to thank Milton for organizing such an amazing trip for my friend and I! Everything that was promised to us was fulfilled! We had two guides - Fabian and Denis and I want to thank them as well for the wonderful experience we had. Both were beyond knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They made us feel super comfortable throughout the whole trip. Accommodation in the jungle was better than expected as well.
We spent 2 days and 1 night in the jungle and did so much. There was not a single moment wasted.
In case I ever decide to go again, I would definitely book with Milton again.

As paisagens são incrÃveis e a experiência de pernoite na selva é surreal. O Milton é um cara de um respeito e conhecimento invejável. Indicou o Fábio como guia que é espetacular e se preocuparam com cada detalhe. Só tenho a agradecer pela experiência vivida.

My husband and I decided we wanted a tour that would allow us to experience all of the aspects of the amazon, but without having to spend too much time without our creature comforts that we appreciate so much. We did a lot of research on the subject and were torn between a river cruise, an eco lodge, or a tour. After reading the reviews about Milton we decided to go with the 2 day 1 night tour. We made the right choice.
On our first day Milton picked us up from our Airbnb in Manaus and drove us about an hour out to meet our host, Fabio, who showed us our accommodations for the night. The room was spacious, new, and clean. *Make sure to bring towels, toilet paper, and toiletries with you* The first day we met our guide who took us out to a remote area and took us on a guided hike. On the hike we saw tons of animals and he showed us all of the medicinal properties in the jungle. I even ate a worm from a coconut seed (not mandatory haha) and climbed up a huge vine like Tarzan. We went to the dolphin sanctuary where we swam with pink river dolphins while our guide prepared lunch for us. It was incredible.
After lunch we traveled further into the jungle and spent time fishing for piranha. We had a blast catching them. Our guide took care of making sure we had bait the whole time and would release the piranha if we didn’t want to after catching them. We drove out to the middle of the Rio Negro and watched the sunset followed by Caiman searching at dark. What a day.
Day 2 was our favorite. Fabio woke up us early (our choice) and took us out to see the sunrise before bringing us back home to make us breakfast. We explored his property which has all kinds of local plants and fruits. It was so nice having him to show us around.
Our guide Denis showed up shortly after and took us to an indigenous tribe, to a remote beach that we got to swim at while enjoying a drink followed by a cruise down the Amazon river to have lunch in the national park. Saw Monkeys, giant Lilly pads, and then we went to catch the famous Pirarucu (Arapaima) fish. We went to the meeting of the waters and finally back to Manaus where a drive was waiting to take us back to our Airbnb.
The experience was 10/10. We would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to truly experience the Amazon without having to spend too much time without modern conveniences. Definitely book this tour, and ask for Denis to be your tour guide!

We greatly enjoyed this excursion with Amazon Private Tours. Fabio was our guide on the first day filled with a jungle hike, swimming with dolphins, piranha fishing, and spotting alligators. He knows the river and the jungle like the back of his hand. We spent the night at the small lodge on Fabio's property. Milton took us out on the second day to meet an indiginous tribe and see the floating village, the lake of the waterlillies, a pirarucu fish farm, and the meeting of the waters (Amazone and Rio Negro). Both guides knew their stuff, spoke great English, and were great at keeping the group engaged.

Very well organised tour, no issues, everthing was slick and seamless...highly recommend Milton's tours to anyone wishing to explore the amazon and sample the hidden gems the jungle has to offer. The tour guides were excellent company, humorous, knowledeble with plenty of enthusiasm.

Very good experience. The guide was very well prepared, friendly, smart, experienced, was answering all my questions and spotting animals in hidden places. It was above my expectation. Furthermore, I forgot my phone charger and they brought it in my hotel the day after the end of the tour. Go for it, you will not regret.

This is the best tour i have ever been on!
We were overwhelmed by amount of effort that went into this tour to create the most magnificent experience! I cannot stress enough how well organised this tour was and how lovely the tour guides were. The experience is a once in a life time adventure!
We had the pleasure of being shown around the Amazon by Fabio who was such a charismatic individual who always had a smile in his face. He also has comprehensive knowledge of the wildlife and nature in the Amazon, and was very happy to answer our questions throughout the day! He would constantly go above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible. I throughly enjoyed staying at his house in the evening! He made us feel very welcome!
We also had the pleasure of meeting Dennis upon returning to Fabio's house after an action packed day in the Amazon. He was such a lovely individual who was delightful to be around, he made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed hearing his stories from the Amazon, he was also happy to show us around Amazon in the evening! We were very impressed with his knowledge of the Amazon, especially given he is only 17 years. He is destined for greatness in the future!
Shout out to Milton as well, who picked us up from our hotel at the start of the tour and put our minds at ease on the boat over to Fabio's house. He was so lovely and made lots of time for us!

I had a wonderful experience with Amazon Private Tours over two days on the Rio Negro (Black River) in Manaus.
I spent the first day with our guide Fabio forest trekking (he found two tarantulas among many other interesting things), swimming with dolphins, piranha fishing, bird watching and cayman hunting.
I stayed overnight in the village with Fabio and his family. The accommodations were very cozy. He has build a wonderful little eco lodge.
Fabio’s family and their three dogs made me feel very welcome and dinner was a catfish he caught an hour before along with some chicken, rice, rolls and juices.
The next morning was pouring rain so after a nice breakfast I chose to hang around his house and the wonderful village he lives in. Day 2 could include visits to an indigenous village, a floating village, a lake with giant lily pads, fish farm and more but with the rain I wasn’t up for it.
It was a fun and authentic experience learning about the Amazon forest, and life along the river.

We had an amazing time in the Amazon jungle, seeing alligators, fishing piranhas, swimming with pink dolphins and enjoying exceptional views of Amazon river. Totally impressed by the exotics and indigenous tribe dance and customs.
