They are not honest. Blue grotto was closed for 4 days and yet when we boarded, they say nothing abt grotto being closed. They shld have mentioned to us and for is to decide to proceed or refund. Only infront of grotto the they said it is closed. Dishonest service provider.

Our goal was to see the Blue Grotto, but thought for an extra $1 USD why not take the full tour. The boat stopped at the Grotto and announced it was too busy and we couldn't stay. I wish we had read all the similar experiences - lesson learned to check Trip Advisor reviews first. Our cruise line told us to use Laser, but we had already purchased on-line tickets. Motoscafisti ruined our Capri visit.

Al hacer check in en azul lineas aereas me asignaron asiento. Cuando fui a ocupar lo estaba otra persona. No me quiso liberar mi asiento porque dijo que la azafata le había autorizado para viajar con su familia cerca. Le dije que yo también tenía familia cerca y ne dijo que no se iba a levantar.
Llame a la azafata y me dijo sentate en el fondo y luego que despegue el avión lo arreglamos. Cuando despego el avión la azafata me dijo que me pusieta de acuetdo con el señor (que ya se habia negado y volvio a negarse. Las 2 axafatas que les reclame me contestaron que no iban a hacer cambiar al señor

Se quedaron a menos de la mitad del viaje y volvieron rápido por donde habíamos ido. La gruta azul no la vimos, ni la mitad de los puntos indicados

You are in southern Italy and nearly everything is made better by a boat ride on a sunny day. Capri is no different. We opted for the full tour around the island and the Blue
Grotto. With this option, you get to navigate around the entire island and go into/very near some beautiful sea cave and inlets. The skill of the boat captains here is pretty amazing. Unfortunately, the day we came was after about 10-12 days of rains and clouds so the boats around the Blue Grotto was crazy. Our boat (which holds about 30?) people chose not to wait to get in as the wait would have been about 1.5-2 hours. The reason for the back-up is that power boats cannot go inside, so they take people off of the many large boats that are waiting onto small oared boats that only hold about 4-6 people. It’s quite a process. We were hoping to go inside but ultimately the ride around the whole island was a much better option for us. Simple and easy to find, you can buy tickets at the small newsstand at the end of the pier while coming off the ferry to the island. You buy your ticket and then get in que for the boat. It’s a little disorganized and a free for all at the pier as there really is no line....just bunches. We got the advice that certain times are better and at the departure time, several boats were leaving.

Very good value for the length of trip (1.5 hrs) and good your guide
The boat wasn't too busy
However staff were very rude, and wouldn't tell us where we needed to be. Everyone was lost. We would speak to the staff and they would ignore us and walk away.

Capri certainly qualifies as an out-of-the-way trip, and we planned this May 2023 approximately 1 year in-advance. We bought Motoscafisticapri
“Blue Grotto Tour” tickets online (PAID in-full in advance). We fully understood that the ferry (paid in-full) from Capri would take us to smaller “Blue Grotto boats” where we to be prepared to pay cash for the specific Blue Grotto portion of this trip.
We arrived by ferry at the transfer point (on a gorgeous sunny day) at 11:30 AM , and were then told by motoscafisticapri that there were already too many small boats and that our transfer ferry “couldn’t wait for the blue grotto visit”.
WHAT A RIP-OFF!!
This was NOT at all our expectation having bought the ferry-transfer-to-blue grotto very far in advance.
There’s A LOT of ferry & boat tours available.
Choose wisely, and AVOID MOTOSCAFISTI !!!
This was a TERRIBLE experience!!!

Nach unserer Ankunft auf Capri wollten wir den Menschenmassen entfliehen und buchten kurzentschlossen eine Inselrundfahrt und haben es nicht bereut. Mit ca. 20 Personen an Bord und einem gut gelaunten Skipper ging es durch die Wellen. Wir hatten viel Freude während dieser Tour. Das kleine Boot fuhr dicht an kleine Grotten heran mit azurblauem Wasser, durch Felsformationen hindurch und mit schönen Ausblicken auf die Insel Capri.
Auf Höhe der Blauen Grotte kurz vor Beendigung der Tour mussten wir feststellen, dass gegen 11:30 Uhr ein großer Andrang vor der Blauen Grotte herrschte. Unser Kapitän bot uns an ohne Mehrkosten auf ein anderes wartendes Boot umzusteigen. Dauer der Wartezeit ca. zwei Stunden. Wie uns andere Reisende berichteten, ist eine Einfahrt in die Blaue Grotte sehr sehr kurz. D.h. wenn die Einfahrt möglich ist, d.h. kein Hochwasser herrscht, fährt der Ruderer ganz kurz hinein und ruft einmal "Oh Solemio" und rudert schnell wieder hinaus - Dauer: 1 Minute für zwei Stunden Wartezeit - das lohnt sich nicht. Die Inselrundfahrt war bestimmt interessanter.

Bonjour, est-ce possible de faire le tour avec mes bagages, car j'arrive à Capri vers midi et le check-in à l'hotel est à 14h. Surtout pour la grotte bleue, étant donné qu'il faut changer au petit bateau.
