Omar and Aiesha made the trip simple in terms of meet spot, timing, and informative. Tickets to Ferry, Butchart Gardens, and all van transportation included. We felt they gave us enough time on our own at both stops and were not per say part of tour group.

My husband, 9-year-old daughter, and I really enjoyed this tour. It was a really long day, but our guide Ian was so enjoyable and incredibly knowledgeable. Although my kiddo was the only child in this tour group, Ian's personable and entertaining approach even kept her interest...she was even reciting facts that she had learned on the tour to family after returning from our vacation. I highly recommend this tour. I especially enjoyed that it was a smaller group than many other tour options, so it made it easier for everyone to feel more engaged.

Omar was our tour guide and Ayesha was the brave driver. They made all the difference. Both were friendly happy and on point throughout. Worked well together. Omar was positive friendly even when a slight ferry delay that was out of his control he made it all bearable by giving us updated information. Went out of his way to ensure people were informed and taken care of. Handled any seating or any other quatrains with poise and dignity and took care of our group as a family. We all bonded and laughed and had the best time. He had tips on where to go to eat and look around.

We had a great time with Meghan. She is a great guide, sharing knowledge and fun. We walked and walked on the island... so wear good shoes. Dress in layers for the weather. I loved the island so much that we are adding it to the list to come back and stay for a while.

Just an amazing tour. Our guide, Kim, was exceptional! She is a local and had wonderful stories and provided great insight as we toured Victoria and Butchard Gardens. This tour is a FULL DAY but so worth it. Just a great way to see so much. Thank you, Kim, for being fun, professional, informative, and a great resource too!!!

Our driver and tour guide (Ian) was the best: safe driver, articulate, funny and helpful. He made the tour even more memorable. The gardens are world class.
One suggestion: your pre tour confirmation should be more clear on logistics.. When we arrived at Canada place I was looking for a ferry. I did not understand that there would be a bus to take us to the ferry location. Otherwise, it was a great day.

This was an amazing experience for my wife and myself. Victoria is a very nice place to visit and Butchart Gardens is probably the most beautiful flora experience we ever had! It was a long day but full of new, interesting and marvelous experiences. Discovery Canada provided us with a very professional service. Always on time, delivering what they promised! Kim, the guide person is very nice too, showing a profound knowledge of everything regarding Victoria and the gardens as she has grown in the area. She also gladly atended every request coming from customers. She is truly a must!!

Rene was a great tour guide! He had many interesting stories and I could tell he is very proud of his province. The ride was comfortable and we had plenty of time to explore on our own. Rene gave plenty of suggestions of thi gs to do. Butchard gardens was beautiful.

The best I've ever done for me, myself, and I. Haha!
I'm so glad that I could do this, and explore Victoria. It's gorgeous. Victoria is the HEART of nature.
Honestly, Discover Canada is fantastic. Zack was an amazing tour guide. If you're here for a few days, save one day for this tour. You'll love it.

this tour starts from Fly over Canada place to meet the tour guy. what admission to pay at Canada Place?

No admission fee to Canada Place. You actually meet outside. The tour guide was easily identifiable

Hi, Is the ferry ride 90 minutes each way or 3 hours each way? Are the ferry rides rough?
Is it possible to start from Tsawwassen instead of Canada Place (since I am staying at Richmond)

It is very hilly and some places are fairly steep. Overall a person in a wheelchair can see much of the gardens - enough to really appreciate it's beauty. Washrooms, stores and cafes are all accessible. I would stay away during cold/icy weather as that could be hazardous to the disabled person and their helper.
Our cruise ends at 7am in Vancouver, Princess Cruise, on 6/18/22. How far is location where this tour starts?
Could we make this tour on 6/18 with the luggage?
