A fun day out

This was a private tour and from the outset driver / guide Lloyd made us feel at ease. His commentary as we drove round was interesting. We made clear we didn’t do souvenirs so he was sensitive to this.
We were provided with snacks and drinks throughout excursion, which included the drive in volcano and mud baths.
It was a great day out we saw way more than we could of hiring a car. Thoroughly recommend this type of tour and ask for Lloyd.

Disappointing Tour with late showing up and late return to the boat

Very disappointing tour of all our Caribbean island tour. The guide didn’t arrive until nearly an hour later from the advising pick up time. We get stressed since we did not know if he will show up. We were worrying he will cancel the trip as all other tour guide arrive at least 30 mins before the boat arrives. During the whole trip, there were very little about the history, culture of the island. It is a 6 hours trip and if as advertising time to pick up 8:30 am it should finish at 2.30 pm and we book other entertainment on the cruise. Since we depart late, it gets us back to the boat late as well which is only 30 mins before departure which we miss the entertainment booked with the boat. This is a very unorganized tour. The drive does not give enough instruction at each stop such as where to pick up and what to expect next. It shows less of care and all he wants is to talk to local women at each stop. Will not recommend to take tour from this company.

We are sorry that you are disappointed about our tour. Your ship had a delayed arrival time and changed the pier unexpectedly. Our driver had to make a round through town in order to reach your dock. We still did the whole tour with all stops and of course returned later to the ship but there was plenty of time for the last gangway. Our driver / guide is very popular with our guests and gets regularly a 5 star rating. Maybe you had a negative attitude due to the late departure time but sometimes there are circumstances we cannot influence.

Disappointing tour

Our group of four took this tour on June 29, 2021. Our guide barely said 10 words to us the whole trip. Supposed to be a six hour tour but the driver told us it would be four hours as soon as we got in the van. He had planned to skip included activities from the start. A tour guide offering description of what we were seeing and pointing out attractions would have improved the tour. We also did not get to see all the things on the "inclusion" list, which was disappointing as well.
Listed Inclusions:
Driver/guide - DRIVER, but not a guide as he barely spoke to us
Beverages (water, soft drinks, beer, rum punch) - YES, from back of car on side of road
Entry/Admission - Marigot Bay - JUST a stop on side of road - what admission?
Entry/Admission - Pitons- JUST a stop on side of road - what admission?
Entry/Admission - La Soufriere Drive-In Volcano - NO, didn't do this???
Entry/Admission - Canaries- JUST a stop on side of road - what admission?
Entry/Admission - Anse La Raye- JUST a stop on side of road - what admission?
Entry/Admission - Toraille Waterfall - YES, but only because we asked, driver was going to take us back to hotel until we asked.
Entry/Admission - Roseau Beach - NO stop at a beach

I would not recommend this particular tour if all the guides are the same - just drivers versus tour guides. Disappointing that we went all that way and skipped activities that were supposed to be included.

Sorry that you where disappointed but usually our driver/ guide is very talkative and responding that depends of course if the guests are interested in communication with the driver/ guide. We have to pay in advance to get permission to stop at certain places which you might not notice during the tour. Due to Covid 19 restrictions there are limits how much time we can spend at one place and how the visit can be organised. Of course the tour is a little bit different during Covid 19 times but we try our best to make our guests comfortable. We thought that you might appreciate that the tour could take place under the very difficult circumstances.

Great Tour - As Advertised

We (3 adults) enjoyed our tour w Jason. He was great - knowledgeable & personable. We saw the Pitons, Toraille Waterfall, volcano park, mud baths, etc. The tour involves a lot of driving on windy, twisty roads so if you are prone to be car sick keep this in mind. Jason will stop if you need to.

Excellent excursion

Beautiful drive from port. Full day, and lots of driving through quaint towns and winding mountain sides. Elias was very knowledgeable. The sulphur volcano drive through was,very interesting. Some people took volcanic mud bath for an extra $6. Well worth price of trip.

The best tour guide!

Jason loves what he does and it shows!
Full of knowledge, passion and desire to share the beauty of his country with other.
We saw a lot more than we expected and really appreciated Jason taking the time to stop in many places and giving us the time to talk to the locals.
I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in experiencing a true authentic tour of St Lucia.
Kudos to Jason!

Fantastic day with Jason

We booked the trip and as it turned out we had a private tour. Jason was a fantastic host, and a good ambassador of St. Lucia. He was informative about the history and customs of the area. Jason went above and beyond made us feel very welcomed and helped us when WE made a mistake of losing our ticket. He talked with the park officials and they allowed us into the springs. The springs as advertised were hot but fun to experience, with the mud. Take your camera, the staff at the park was helpful taking pictures and watching your stuff.
The trip was filled with interesting spots for pictures and tasting of local fruits and foods. We had enough snacks that we didn’t need lunch. They provided a verity of drinks, beer and rum punch.
Just wanted to point out Jason was great, he had permission to have his wife along Nyasia who was nice to have her along with us. Great tour, you would be lucky to have Jason as your guide

Visite panoramique Les 2 pitons, la soufrière...

Notre guide a été ponctuel, il est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel. Il s est arrêté à chaque point de vue intéressants, il donnait les explications historiques, les coutumes, etc...
Il a été à notre disposition
La vidite a duré de 09h jusqu à 16h environ
Nous recommandons Jungle Tours pour découvrir Ste Lucie.

Very informative tour

Jason did a great job of giving us interesting facts about the culture and city of Soufriere. He was very accommodating and made the day a great trip. The bread and sweet mango's were the highlights! The banana trees are so fascinating, the mud bath was very refreshing and the vegetation was beautiful! Terrific way to see the cities and learn about the people and lifestyle of the Castries!

Such an amazing experience

our guide was amazing. we learned so much about st.lucia. we did a 6hr tour. it was our family of four and one other person from a different cruise ship. our guide allowed for as much time as we wanted or skipping overlooks if we wanted. the island is beautiful. we stopped at beach overlooking the Pitons. we got a lot of history. the cheese bagette for lunch was delicious. we got to sample fresh banana and coconut. went to a water fall. saw the volcano and got a tour. it was all included with the price which was nice not having to deal with separate entry fees. it really was a private tour. i would recommend this tour. i was not sure how my teens would do with a six hour tour but it was one of their favortie things they have done on cruise stops before.
